20,000 Leagues under the sea

In the narrative of creation, this lamp is a poetic chapter. Born from the remains of a winter-stricken orange tree, its delicate root was carefully liberated from the earth to make room for the promise of new life. Its sinuous form, reminiscent of a marine denizen, enchanted my artistic sensibilities. With a masterful touch, I transformed it into a table lamp, merging it upon a sculpted black walnut. This marriage of elements not only evokes a striking juxtaposition but also imparts a solid grounding to the lamp, revitalizing a once-forgotten relic of nature’s drama.
