I had the opportunity to lead the rebranding effort for the General Directorate of Road Transport Services (DPSHTRR), one of the largest public entities in Albania. This organization serves thousands of citizens across the country and sets policies to advance road transportation.

With a focus on innovation, the company has made substantial investments in digital systems and infrastructure over the past 4 years to improve its services.

As the design lead, I was responsible for crafting a fresh brand identity that accurately reflects the company’s values, goals, and message. My work on this project demonstrates my ability to lead the branding process and create impactful visual and messaging elements.
